RABOIN ADDS HONOR TO RESUME
March 27, 2003

Jenings, a 6-7, 200-pound junior WF, posted very healthy numbers. He averaged

Afflalo's play this season, however, has been even better. Some sources on the West Coast have tabbed him one of the nation's best wings in the Class of 2004. His recruitment is following a similar course.

TUESDAY TOUR: RICE LIKELY TO GO PREP
January 28, 2003
Maureece Rice broke Wilt Chamberlain’s scoring mark and became Philadelphia’s most prolific prep scorer earlier this season, but a combination of academics and other factors will contribute to him spending a year at prep school next season.
Rice still has interest from some mid-major programs, but it's most likely that he'll need an extra year to get eligible or Division I.

PINNOCK IMPROVING AT COASTAL
January 28, 2003
Unsigned senior wing J.R. Pinnock decided to leave his home state this year to play at Virginia Beach (VA) Coastal Christian. And Pinnock, an athletic 6-5 player who committed -- then later de-pledged -- from Wichita State in the fall, played very well at the recent Mountain State Coal Classic in West Virginia.
Pinnock hopes to return closer to home for college, but schools from other regions also are knocking on the door this winter.

TELFAIR TAKES WASHINGTON, BUT LOSES WAR
January 27, 2003
ORLANDO, Fla. -- Sebastian Telfair's image recovery received another salvo
this past weekend, despite a 75-72 loss to nationally ranked Edgewater (FL)
High. Telfair, the incredibly talented and hyped 5-11 PG from Brooklyn (NY)
Lincoln, has rebounded from a disappointing summer by having a marvelous junior
season.
Telfair's ultimate task, however, was to outplay rival point guard -- and Summer, 2002 nemesis -- Darius Washington. On Saturday night at the Bright Futures Shootout, he got his chance -- on Washington's turf.

MONDAY TOUR: NARMBAYE DECIDES
January 27, 2003
When Robert Taylor averaged 23 points and 13 rebounds per contest last season as a senior at Newton North (Mass.), most of his production came in the paint. That wouldn’t be much of a problem for a 6-9 big man looking to secure a D-1 college scholarship, but for a 6-5, 200-pound swingman it can be more of a negative.
This season, however, Taylor has dramatically improved his game at nearby Northfield Mount Hermon prep school.
