RUTGERS GETS STRONG PLEDGEPrepStars.com staff
Rutgers gained a Class of 2012 commitment, picking up the services of Jordan Goodman, a 6-8 BF at Camp Springs (MD) Progressive Christian. Previously a Georgetown pledge, Goodman backed off and now is headed to one of the Hoyas’ Big East rivals. We most recently watched Goodman at the Pangos All-American Camp, and he has a versatile game that includes strong ball skills on the perimeter and well as good size for playing closer to the rim. He’ll need to get stronger and to become more consistent, but without question he’s a fine pickup for first-year Rutgers coach Mike Rice.
